  • Yes, you may request a quote for any of our services: Window Washing, Low and High-Pressure Washing, and Post-Construction Cleaning.

  • We quote per window and type of window and include variables such as height, access, and number of panes.

  • YES! We need to use your exterior water spigots, so please arrange to have your water turned on if it has been off for the winter. You will lose your spot on our schedule if the water is OFF.

  • We recommend that someone is home for our first visit to your home, though it is unnecessary. If you can’t be home for some reason, please provide us access to a key or key code and an alarm code if there is an alarm system. We will make sure everything is placed back precisely as we found it.

  • We make every effort to reach you on your appointment day. If the rain is intermittent, we may proceed. If not, we may do the interior only and return to do the exterior.

  • Of course! We will be happy to accommodate you in the case of an unexpected event, but unless it is an emergency, we kindly request that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • The popular months for washing windows get booked quickly, but we have a cancellation list, so feel free to call us at 508-360-4052. We will do our best to fit you in!

  • We proudly cover ALL of Cape Cod, and the Plymouth area.

  • We run a criminal background check on all of our Spotless Window Cleaning employees and interview each one in person. Before they go into the field, they must perform highly trained and professional tasks until we are confident they will do each job professionally and safely.

  • You will receive an invoice by email, and a payment link is on the invoice. You can pay online via the invoice link with a credit card or Venmo. Or, if you prefer to pay in person on the day of your appointment, we also take checks and cash.
